We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share the Bill of Lading data with third parties except under the following circumstances:

• To authorized third-party service providers who assist us in managing and delivering logistics services (these providers are required to adhere to confidentiality agreements)
4. Data Security

These measures include encryption and secure storage systems. However, no system can be fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data.
5. Data Retention
We retain the Bill of Lading data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Once the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
6. Account Creation and Deletion
Users of our logistics app do not have the ability to create or delete accounts directly within the app. If you wish to create or delete an account, please contact our support team. We will process account requests in a timely manner.

7. Camera Access
Our logistics app requires access to your device’s camera in order to perform key functions, including:
• Scanning barcodes on the Bill of Lading to automate data entry for shipment details.
• Capturing photos as proof of delivery, which may include images of the cargo or delivery location.
Camera access is mandatory for the proper functioning of the app and is necessary to complete the shipment and proof of delivery processes. By using the app, you agree to grant the app permission to access your device’s camera. Failure to provide this access may result in an inability to use certain features of the app, including the ability to complete deliveries.
8. Type of Users
The logistics app is intended for use by individuals who have entered into a partnership agreement with NEOLOKA and who have agreed to perform logistics-related tasks as part of that partnership. These users are considered independent contractors or business partners, and their use of the app is governed by the terms of their partnership agreement with us. By signing this agreement, users consent to using the app in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not collect any personal data, there are no individual rights related to the personal information (e.g., right to access, correct, or delete personal data) applicable under this Privacy Policy. However, users can contact us regarding any concerns about how the Bill of Lading data is managed.
